The Challenge

The client runs a home services business: plumbing, HVAC, electrical. The kind of company that lives and dies by local trust.

We set up a Content Hub inside Claude, loaded with the client's brand, voice, and visual style. Connected it to their Canva account. Set up starter prompts for every content type they needed: tips, testimonials, promotions, behind-the-scenes, carousels.

The client's entire workflow now looks like this:

  • Review the generated creative in Canva
  • Post

No designer. No copywriter. No back-and-forth. Just a system that works the same way every time.

The Impact

Before the hub, the client posted maybe once or twice a week. Now they're putting out 20+ posts a week across Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile, with a consistent look and no extra headcount.

Organic growth hit 900 new followers across all platforms. Not paid. Just presence. Monthly impressions went from near nothing to 500+ showing up regularly in local feeds.

The tool cut out the two things that blocked them: figuring out what to post and making it look good. They don't have to think about format, copy, or platform sizing. It takes about 15 minutes a day instead of the hours they never had.
